In loving memory

School holidays..mid-year break. Today is Tuesday in the second week of the hols. There were so many things I planned to do prior the hols..but when the hols are here none that I planned are accomplished... I guess life is like that for most of us.

I remember telling myself that I should visit my late sister Simah's grave this hols. It's been quite some time...I have never forgotten her...I will never will... its just that time is rather cruel to me. She passed away on Wednesday 29 Nov 1995 in a car accident. She was the dearest sister to me...she never hurt my feelings,..she always said sweet and soothing words..she always made sure not to be unpleasant to others.

Until today I feel so sad for what she went through. My dear sis.. your sad life story is for mine to keep. After 14 years this is from me to you...

My dear sister....
The day when Allah took you away..
An angel whispered into my ear..
"Don't cry my dear,..
Your sister's heart is too broken and shattered ...,
Your tears could burn it and make it hurt..

Reach out to her with your prayers..

And never with your grieving tears..

Keep the doors of mourning shut..

And Allah will mend her broken heart.."

You're too good a sister, a mother, a wife and a friend.....May Allah rest your soul..Amin.
